Run For Peace of Mind

Run For Peace of Mind, formerly the Mental Health Walk/Run is hosted annually in October at Springbank Park in London, Ontario. Over 300 walkers and runners gather to network and participate in combatting the stigmas associated with mental illness and advancing critical research within brain health. All proceeds go toward our brain health programs.

Mentally Chill

Mentally Chill is an intimate gathering of individuals and families that have been touched by mental illness. Mentally Chill brings people together to share their stories while listening to live music and other performances by members of our community. Mentally Chill is an annual event that is hosted during Mental Health month in May.
